Dudith (Didi) Pierre-Victor brings over 10 years of experience real-world evidence (RWE) and health economics and outcomes research across oncology and rare diseases. Prior to joining Norstella, Dudith served as Director of RWE at ConcertAI, where she led a cross-functional team in delivering non-interventional studies including external control arms, post-marketing evaluations, and exploratory research aligned with clients' regulatory and commercial objectives.

As a Manager in Norstella’s Real-World Data HEOR division, Meghana is both a research collaborator and a critical thought partner. She leads the development of robust study designs, overseeing analytic implementation and synthesizing findings to help clients answer their most complex data questions.
Senior Analytic Consultant
As a Senior Analytical Consultant, Madhav leverages his epidemiology background to lead real-world data (RWD) research at Norstella. He designs and implements RWD studies to generate evidence on treatment patterns, disease burden, and healthcare utilization. With experience across both academic and consulting settings, he brings a strong foundation in epidemiologic methods and practical problem-solving to client engagements.

Dr. Theodore Search is the General Manager of Real-World Data for Norstella. Prior to his role at Norstella, Ted served as the CEO of Real-World Networks – Pharma Intelligence at Informa and was the Founder and CEO of Skipta. A recognized thought leader in real-world data, he is a frequent speaker at industry conferences nationwide, driving conversations around healthcare technology and data-driven decision making.
VP, Real-World Data Engagement
With two decades of experience in healthcare analytics, Ilan Behm serves as a key leader driving client success at Norstella through real-world data expertise. His previous experience includes work at a life sciences consulting firm, where he used claims data to support its payer strategy. Ilan’s team at Norstella uses claims, lab and EMR data to ensure our real-world data initiatives not only meet expectations, but leave a strong, lasting impression on our clients.
VP, Medical Science
Dr. Shrinal Patel is the VP, medical science on Norstella’s RWD team, leveraging her extensive knowledge in clinical data and trial optimization. Previously, she was Norstella’s medical director, where she further honed her leadership and clinical expertise. A certified clinical research professional, Shrinal has served as a clinical operations manager, driving recruitment strategies using real-world data, conducting site training, and enhancing communications with healthcare professionals. She has also managed study enrollment, coordinated activities for compliance, and facilitated communication between physicians and life science companies.
VP, Clinical Informatics Science, Real-World Data Intelligence
Dr. Amanda Gunn’s healthcare analytics expertise spans more than two decades. For 20 years, she was an academic researcher in the infectious diseases and cancer biology spaces, with roles ranging from education, to benchtop, to bedside research. Her work helps bridge the communication gap between clinical and data elements. Since joining Norstella, Amanda has worked on the clinical side of pre-/post-sale extract development/delivery and client engagement. She has developed tools to efficiently identify, analyze, and interpret information to drive innovation and scalability for our clients.

Allison Perry is a director of RWD engagement management at Norstella. She serves as a strategic thought partner to life sciences companies, helping them realize and leverage the full value of Norstella’s real-world data across commercial, medical affairs, HEOR, and regulatory use cases. As a Ph.D-trained epidemiologist, Allison brings years of experience leading real-world data strategy and research across contract research organizations, data vendors, and pharmaceutical companies.
Associate, Real-World Data Solution Architect
As Associate Real-World Data (RWD) Solution Architect at Norstella, Caleb serves as the technical lead and strategic advisor on client engagements. On the technical side, he designs and implements end-to-end analytics pipelines—spanning data ingestion, normalization, modeling, and visualization—leveraging Norstella’s linked RWD asset. From a consultative perspective, he partners with pharmaceutical and biotech clients to understand their study objectives and translate their business questions into robust analytic frameworks. Caleb has a Master’s of Public Health with an emphasis in epidemiology and biostatistics.
